The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill of the Law "On Amendments to the certain legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the Determining of the Cognizance of the Cases on Land Relations" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№1047) envisages the amendments to Economic, Procedural, and Civil Codes of Ukraine according to which the cognizance of the land cases is specified. According to the Bill such arguments should be scrutinized exclusively for the location place of the objects of land relations according to the article 2 of the Land Code.
