The Committee on Science and Education fails to uphold the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re rendering the Status of the State Official to the Medical, Educational and Scientific-Pedagogical Workers)

The Bill (Reg. No.3155) introduces a number of amendments to the Law "On State Service" and other Laws aimed at extension of the status of a State official onto medical, educational and scientific-pedagogical workers.

Pursuant to the effective legislation, the State officials can not participate in the strikes, act as entrepreneurs, etc.
