Volodymyr Rybak, the Chairman of the Committee in Entering Speech announced that the hearings are an answer to the numerous appellation of citizen.
"We should comprise all the existing faults concerning the non-effective use of the territories", - he stressed. He stressed that almost all the documentation concerning the building of the cities was adopted during the 30050 years and consequently is too out of date.
V. Rybak influenced on the importance of the renovation of the cities construction documentation that should e guarantee for the provision of the rights and liberties of the citizen.
He announced that the working group I formed in the Committee that scrutinizes all the appellations and complaints of the citizen. The motions and propositions of the parliamentary group would be a basis for the corresponding Bill.
Minister on Regional Development and Building of Ukraine, Vasyl Kuibida stressed that all the problems started from the elaboration of the general plans.
Vasyl Kuibida recommends that the amendments to the Law "On Local Self-Government" should be introduced with more strict demands to the local self-governing bodies and stimulating them to the developing of the territories and comprises interests both of citizen and a country.
