News 2 - The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding Responsibility for Violation of Legislation in the Field of Services related to the Emigration of Natural Persons from the Territory of Ukraine or their Temporary Residence abroad - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding Responsibility for Violation of Legislation in the Field of Services related to the Emigration of Natural Persons from the Territory of Ukraine or their Temporary Residence abroad

The Bill (Reg. No.2397) imposes administrative penalties for violations in the field of emigration services. Thus, it imposes administrative responsibility of officials-subjects of emigration services and other persons for violation of legislation on emigration, and defines the rates of penalties for such violation a fine in the amount of 100-2000 non-taxable citizens´ income.

The Committee upholds the Bill, as "its implementation will enhance responsibility of the subjects of emigration services, and prevent origination of conditions for committal of grave infringements".
