Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2442), on the basis of a motion of the President of Ukraine or at least one third of the People´s Deputies of the Constitutional composition of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Parliament is authorized to scrutinize the matter concerning extraordinary report of the National Council on certain issues of its activity, and to determine the procedure of its scrutiny at the plenary meetings.
