Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine took part on Wednesday in the Common National Meeting of National Academy on Science of Ukraine
During his speech, V. Lytvyn, the Vice-President of NASU expressed his opinions concerning the today´s problem and role of scientists in their solving.
"The world changes radically and tragically, we are not. We are about our, about intentions. On achievements as a contrary to certain drawbacks, as a contrary to certain opponents. On practices we have the rapid process if automatization of all the Institutions of Ukraine. As a consequence the fragmenting of a country, that fact that can no possibly remain silent", the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada announced.
He deems it necessary to implement the thorough and complex analysis of the Problems in the world and Ukraine.
According to V. Lytvyn, Ukraine today extremely needs the deep correction of the economics and society functioning.
"Today we have the situations that a bit reminds the end of the Soviet Union existence: there are problems in economics, nothing works, lets try the political reformation", V. Lytvyn announced.
