The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government upholds the Bill "On Registration and Technical Inventory of Real Estate Objects liable to State Registration"

The Bill (Reg. No.2788) defines legal and organizational principles of activity of the local self-government bodies regarding registration and technical inventory of real estate objects, and secures implementation of the Law "On the State Registration of Property Rights for Real Estate, and their Restrictions".

Pursuant to the effective legislation, technical inventory of real estate objects is a necessary stage of State registration of rights for such property.
