Oleksandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, considers the idea of implementing the anti-recessionary program of the opposition government by active executive authorities as absurd. He made the above-mentioned statement in the "Svoboda na Interi" TV Program on Friday.
"Why doesn´t the opposition help the authorities? One should not make absurd statements. A totally new team is necessary to implement the anti-recessionary program of the Party of Regions. Active authorities are incapable of implementing the program", - stated O.Lavrynovych.
According to the First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Party of Regions has been stressing the necessity of drafting an anti-recessionary program since December 2008.
"If any enterprise or organization experiences hardships, the managers pass the most decisive resolutions. If the managers fail to act, it is apparent that nothing, neither external, nor internal factors, will settle the matter", - stressed O.Lavrynovych.
