The Bill (Reg. No.1311) specifies regulations of the Law concerning the status of local State administrations, their cooperation with the local self-government bodies. The Bill also specifies the competence of local State administrations concerning their relations with the local self-government bodies, balances the system of relations between local State administrations, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers.
