Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Resolution "On Alteration in the Structure of the Temporary Inquiry Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Investigation of the Detention on the 6th of April 2005 of Borys Viktorovych Kolesnikov, Chairman of the Donetsk Regional Council by the General Investigative Directorate of the Ministry on Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and Commencement of a Criminal Case"

The Bill of the Resolution (Reg.№ 4295) envisage the alteration in the structure of the Temporary Inquiry Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that was formed on the 5^th of March 2009, that is dismiss the People´s Deputy of Ukraine, Valeriy Pysarenko (Yulia Tymoshenko Block) and election of the People´s Deputy of Ukraine, Sergiy Vasylenko (Yulia Tymoshenko Block) to the stuff of the Panel.
