The participants of the hearings discussed the issues concerning preservation and efficient use of mineral resources, territories and objects of nature-reserve fund. The participants drew attention to the illegal alienation of land plots, illegitimate construction, deforestation of precious wood, ploughing of landscapes, which results in the reduction or destruction of territories.
The Committee elaborated relevant recommendations for the central executive bodies concerning enhancement of control over observance of effective legislation in the field of protection of the environment, protection and use of mineral resources.
