The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements concerning Protection of Economic Competition

The Bill (Reg. No.3575) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, excludes Articles 1661, 1663 and 1664 and supplements the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements with Articles 18829 18831 appertaining to the violation of legislation on protection of economic competence.

The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will secure due level of discipline of officials and subjects of infringements in the said field of legal regulation.
