Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2463), the Cabinet of Ministers is authorized to transfer the forest land plots in public ownership into the property or permanent use, or exempt them. Thus, the Cabinet of Ministers will have no restrictions concerning settlement of relevant issues (re forest land plots up to 1 ha).
The Committee members introduced a number of remarks concerning the Bill. Thus, the proposals regarding Cabinet of Ministers´ accumulation of relevant authorities should be substantiated with greater detail.
Moreover, supplement to Paragraph 12 of Chapter X "Transitional Provisions" fails to determine the administrator of forest land plots till delineation of lands in state and municipal ownership, in case relevant village, settlement, city councils and executive bodies are not authorized to perform such an activity.
