The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Authorized Capital (re Substitution of the Concept "Authorized Fund" with the Concept "Authorized Capital")

The Bill (Reg. No.2425) substitutes the concept "authorized fund" with the concept "authorized capital" in the Economic, Land, Civil and Budget Codes and other Laws in order to unify the term used to designate the property of an economic enterprise used for determination of shares of its participants.
