During the Meeting of the committee it was mentioned that the aim of the Bill (Reg.№0116) is the adoption of the amendments of the Years 1991 and 1993 to the Convention on International Marine Organization of the Year 1948 and necessity of the juridical defining of the activity of the Committee on the Simplification of the Formalities of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies stressed that the adoption of the amendments does not envisage the amendments and additions to the System of Laws of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies deem that the adoption of the Bill will facilitate the strengthening of the international prestige of Ukraine as a maritime power and will continue on the international level the process of the final legalization of the activity of the Committee on the Simplification of the Formalities of Ukraine.
