The Bill Reg. №3081 recommends that the current law should be added with the definition of the term "telesales", the demands to the advertising should be made concrete.
It was stressed that during the second reading the need to harmonize the norms of the current Law "On Advertising" with the European Convention on Transfrontier Television (Directive 2007/65/EC) appeared.
That is why the People´s Deputies deem it necessary to direct the Bill for the repeated second reading.
