The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Activity of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine"

The legislative act aims at coordination of a number of Ukrainian Laws appertaining to the information protection with the Law "On the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine". The Law also extends the regulations of certain legislative acts appertaining to social security onto the personnel and officials of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2501.
