During the preliminary inquest it was cleared up that "the judge M. Korniets, using his proxy contrary to interests of service, resolved four wittingly illegal resolutions from the 5th and 22nd of March 2007 in cases of actions of V. Pastukhova and L. Bereznianska to the Boryspil regional Filial of the State Enterprise "Centre of State Land Cadastre in Derzhkomzemlia of Ukraine" "
The Body of the preliminary inquest averred the mentioned rulings made by M. Korniets were given with the violations of the court jurisdiction.
People´s Deputies have pointed out that on the 17th of October 2007 to the criminal investigators the resolution was directed on the attraction of M. Korniets as an accused. Nevertheless, judge Korniets did not appear to the investigating authority. Because of the absence on the place of work and living he is considered to be in investigation.
