The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Value Added Tax" regarding Taxation of International Conveyance Services at the First Reading

Pursuant to the Bill, transport services on international conveyance of cargoes by motor transport both in Ukraine and abroad are liable to zero rate of VAT, provided conveyance is performed in compliance with a single international conveyance document international commodity-transport invoice (CMP).

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3552.
