The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted in the First Reading the Bill on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts (re the Obligatory Introducing of the Court Decisions to the Unitary State Register)

The Bill (Reg.№3214) is aimed at the increase of the clear activity of the courts, prevention of the documents allotment without the juridical decision and provision of the corresponding implementation of the Law "On Access to the Juridical Decisions".

Corresponding Amendments are introduced to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, Criminal procedural Code of Ukraine Code of Administrative Court System" and to Laws "On Court Enforcement Action" and "On Access to Juridical Decisions".
