The
Chairperson of the Committee, N. Korolevska declared "the
aim of the Bill (Reg.№3461) is the provision of the different competition
conditions on external and internal levels".
According to the Bill, "subject of the Microentepreneurship natural person who is registered in the implemented order as natural person- entrepreneur, whose average accounting quantity of workers for the period reported is not more than 10 person and the rate of the year GDP is not more the sum that is equivalent to 2 millions euro at an average year course of the national Bank of Ukraine"
According to the Bill, the subjects of the small entrepreneurship are:
"natural person whose working personnel is not more than 50 people and GDP is not more than 10 million euro.
Juridical person subjects of the entrepreneurship of any organizational and legal forms and property forms with personnel is not more than 50 people and GDP is not more than 10 million euroЄю
All other subjects of entrepreneurship are derived to the medium entrepreneurships.
The Mummers of the Committee deem that the adoption of the Bill of the law will provide the equal conditions for the competence.
