The Bill (Reg. No.4029) aims at further development of Ukrainian legislation on transboundary cooperation with account taken of the priorities of regional policy determined by a new Concept of Governmental Regional Policy and guidelines of parliamentary hearings "On Intensification of Cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union within the Scope of European Regions, and Prospects of Transboundary Cooperation".
