The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends that the Parliament forwards the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning Simplified Procedure of Import of Cultural Values at the Territory of Ukraine" for Further Elaboration

The Bill (Reg. No.3028) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Export, Import and Return of Cultural Values" and "On Value Added Tax" concerning creation of favourable conditions for the import of cultural values in Ukraine.

The Committee recommends that the Parliament forwards the Bill for further elaboration.
