The Bill (Reg.3360) envisages the elimination of the discrepancies in the content of the certain principles of the Civil and Economic Codes in the field of the economic relations that are doubled by the Codes.
During the discussion the members of the committee expressed a number of remarks to the Bill.
In particular it concerns the elimination of the discrepancies regarding the withdrawal from the Civil Code a number of Articles and Chapters. The People´s Deputies deem that "such an approach doesn´t take into consideration the fact a number of the corresponding relations are regulated neither by Economic Code nor by the Special Laws". That is why the Codes are not to be coordinated but the drawbacks of the Codes should be eliminated.
