The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Governmental Support of Agricultural Service Cooperatives" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.3244) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Agricultural Cooperation", "On Taxation of Income of Enterprises" and "On Farming" aimed at further development of agrarian market infrastructure.

The Bill regulates governmental support of agricultural service cooperatives, and implements regulations of the effective Law concerning non-profitability of agricultural service cooperatives and recognizing them as unprofitable organizations.
