The Agreement regulates the procedure of crossing the State border and determines the rules of stay of assistance groups, conditions of import and export of equipment and materials for assistance by elimination of emergency situations aftermath. The Agreement also defines the terms of compensating expenses in case the request for assistance is cancelled, the health of a group member is damaged in the process of rendering assistance, or a group member dies in the process of performing works aimed at implementation of the said Agreement.
