Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re the Implementation at the Full Rate of the State Supervision for the Nuclear and Radiation Safety)" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№3017) recommends the amendments to the article 244-12 of the Code on Administrative Violations and article 25 of the Law "On Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety" regarding the title of the pot of the General State Supervisor on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Ukraine and improvement of the order of the nomination on the post according to the amendments in the laws.
