The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Resolution "On Moratorium imposed on Liquidation, Alienation, Restructuring of Health Establishments (Children, Professional, etc)"

The Resolution imposes a temporary moratorium (till a relevant Law is adopted) on adoption of resolutions by the public and local self-government authorities, founders (owners) of health establishments concerning their liquidation, alienation, restructuring or lease for the conduct of activity not related to health improvement and recreation.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3693.
