The Bill is elaborated in order to make the Laws "On Rehabilitation of Disabled in Ukraine" and "On Licensing of Certain Kinds of Economic Activity" corresponds to Laws of European Union
The Members of the Committee stressed that the principles of the Bill do not contradict with the articles 43-55 of the Treaty on Foundation of European Copartnership. Moreover it was declared that jural relationships the order of licensing is regulated on the level of the system of laws of countries EU members.
The Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" (Reg.№3584) was scrutinized. The bill envisages the implementation of the term (60 days) of the securities placement adoption
The Members of the committee stressed that the principles of the Bill do not contradict with the normative acts of EU.
