The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill on Amendments to Law of Ukraine "On Energy Conservation" (re State Policy) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№3172) determines the legislative basis for the interbranch status of National agency of Ukraine on Matters of Effective consume of Energetic resources and state policy regarding the effective use of the recourses.

According to the Bill, the main task of the National agency of Ukraine on Matters of Effective consume of Energetic resources is "realization of the only state program in the sphere of effective use of fuel and energy resources; provision of the increase in the part of alternative kinds of fuel; creation of the united system of monitoring for the use of fuel and energy recourses etc."
