"It is of top priority to secure observance of legitimacy and realization of legal regulations. Secondly, it is necessary to secure political reasonability", - stated Oleksandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in the interview to the newspaper "Stolichnye Novosti", commenting on the principles of Parliament´s work.
The First Vice-Chairman dwelled upon the peculiarities of activity of The Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation. Thus, he stressed that parliamentary coalition had been incapable since the moment it was formed. He specified: "I suppose that non-existence of a coalition in the Ukrainian Parliament is apparent. There is a political majority set up on the principles different from the ones determined by the Constitution".
According to the famous politician, "the relations between the "orange" team has been surprising the whole world and destroying the administration system in Ukraine for four years. The global financial crisis also made its contribution. Therefore, the issue concerning efficient State administration is of utmost importance for the realization of anti-recessionary measures".
