Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems that the Finance and Economic Crisis makes it impossible to renew the Allied Power in any Form.
During the press-conference in Dnipropetrovsk, V. Lytvyn declared that the huge potential of the Dnipropetrovsk region suffers from the consequences of the crisis that is the "last evidence of the Soviet Union downfall".
V. Lytvyn stressed on the importance of the immediate adoption for the separate decision on the support of the industrial potential on the state level that, according to him will help to support the whole Ukraine.
