Pursuant to the Law, "all subjects of entrepreneurship, separate subunits of legal entities at the separate balance, are supposed to conduct primary account of results of their activity, compile statistical information and other data defined by the Law and submit it under the established procedure, as well as conduct accounting and submit financial accounts in compliance with the legislation (except of the citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless citizens who conduct economic activity and are registered as entrepreneurs".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0976.
