"On the Convocation of an Extraordinary Session
of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation"
The amendments shall be introduced to the Decree of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 25 January 2010 No.19 due to the demand of 151 People´s Deputies of Ukraine members of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc Faction concerning convocation of an extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation:
"DECREE
of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
On the Convocation of an Extraordinary Session
of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation
Pursuant to Part 2 of Clause 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine, due to the demand of 164 People´s Deputies of Ukraine members of the Party of Regions Deputy Faction and 151 People´s Deputies of Ukraine members of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc Faction:
1. An extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation shall be convened at 10 a.m. on 28 January 2010 to scrutinize the following issues initiated by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine:
1) on Observance of the Constitution and the Laws of Ukraine by the leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine during the presidential elections in the year 2010 (Reg. No.6003);
2) on the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of the President of Ukraine" (re Organization of Work of Election Commissions) (Reg. No.6004);
3) on the Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of the President of Ukraine" (re Prevention of Public Will Distortion) (Reg. No. 5509);
4) on the Draft Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Legitimacy of Lease of "Mezhyhiria" Governmental Residence to V.F.Yanukovych (Reg. No. 5354).
2. V.ZAICHUK, Secretary General of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, shall provide publication of this Decree in "Holos Ukrainy" newspaper and informing of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine".
