The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Protection of Land Fertility" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2626) aims at enhancement of legislative regulation of relations appertaining to the efficient and sustainable use of lands designated for agricultural production. Thus, it introduces amendments to the Land Code and the Laws "On Land-Use System", "On Protection of Lands" that specify requirements concerning elaboration and observance of land-use drafts providing environmental substantiation of crop alternation, maintenance of land, etc.
