The Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Article 21 of the Law "On Advertisement" (re Prohibition to distribute Advertisement of Medical Goods) as a Basis and in its Entirety

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3513), "goods that do not belong to medicine, medical equipment, methods of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation shall not include notification that the said goods possess medical properties, unless such properties are confirmed by a specially authorized executive body in charge of public health under the legally established procedure".
