The Bill (Reg. No.3414) takes the following measures: regulates legal grounds for termination of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine; regulates the procedure under which the Constitutional Court shall determine compliance of the Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine with Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine; establishes the term (two months) for adoption of a procedural resolution on institution of constitutional proceedings by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The Bill also defines the form and content of appeal of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concerning conclusion about observance of the constitutional procedure of investigation and scrutiny of the case on dismissal of the President of Ukraine under the impeachment procedure.
The Bill also envisages a complex of measures to be taken to prevent abuse of right for a constitutional appeal.
