The Committee on Public Health recommends that the Parliament forwards the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Enhancement of Requirements to the Production and Turnover of Infant Food and Establishment of Responsibility) for further Elaboration

The Bill (Reg. No.3457) introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Law "On Infant Food" that enhance requirements to the production of infant food as regards provision of its quality and safety for infants and small children, and establish responsibility for violation of legislation in the said field.

The Committee members endorsed the Bill, although they introduced a number of remarks.
