The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re Provision of Rights of a Child under Custody (Care)

The Bill (Reg. No.2122) introduces amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law "On State Aid to the Families with Children" that secure property right of children deprived of parental care for all the types of target-oriented aid (one-time, for children´s care, and the aid for children under custody or care).
