The Bill (Reg. No.0956) defines legal, economic and organizational relations connected with establishment and operation of scientific parks set up on the basis of higher education establishments of IV level of accreditation and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
The Bill takes into account the motions and remarks concerning supervision over and responsibility for implementation of the projects of scientific parks introduced at the sitting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 15 January 2009.
The Committee members believe that implementation of the Bill should boost development, production and introduction of high technology produce at the domestic and foreign markets.
