The Committee scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to Article 62 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2009" (re Recovery of Financial Conditions of the OJSC "Aviakompania Avialinii Ukrainy") (Reg. No.3116). The Bill enhances liquidity and financial stability of the enterprise, prevents its bankruptcy.
The Committee members also scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to Article 21 of the Law "On Advertisement" (re Prohibition to distribute Advertisement of Non-Medical Goods) (Reg. No.3513).
The amendments to the Law "On Advertisement" comply with regulations of the European legislation.
