The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Value Added Tax" (re Taxation of International Conveyance Services)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3552), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, transport services on international conveyance of cargoes by motor transport both in Ukraine and abroad are liable to zero rate of VAT, provided conveyance is performed in compliance with a single international conveyance document international commodity-transport invoice (CMP).

Adoption of the Bill will promote further stable development of international conveyance of cargoes and secure competitive ability of Ukrainian transportation companies at the said market.
