Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3312), the names of public associations can not contain phrases similar to the names of public authority and local self-government bodies (their structural subdivisions) or those creating the impression of their belonging to such bodies.
Moreover, monitoring of the informational space of Ukraine confirms activity of a number of public associations, whose name is similar to, analogical or strongly resembles the names of public authority bodies or their structural subdivisions. The People´s Deputies deem necessary to separate public authority institutions and public associations clearly, as the names of public associations can not duplicate the names of public authority or local self-government bodies".
