The Amendments envisage:
change of the title of the Agreement for "the Agreement on Preservation of Population of European Bats";
specification of the last paragraph of the Agreement preamble, which stresses that conclusion of the Agreement will promote preservation of bats not only in Europe, but also in other States of the natural habitat, jurisdiction of which extends onto the any part of a natural habitat of bats considered by the said Agreement;
supplementing of the Agreement with Appendix 1 "Species of Bats that occur in Europe and refer to the Application of the Agreement".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0109.
