News 2 - The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On the Structure, Authorities and Peculiarities of the Legal and Economic Regime of the Property Complex of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On the Structure, Authorities and Peculiarities of the Legal and Economic Regime of the Property Complex of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.0897) determines structure, authorities and management bodies of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra", peculiarities of legal regime of management of land and other governmental property in the ownership of the association and participating entrepreneurs.

The Bill envisages "a five-year moratorium on alienation of property of the NIAA "Masandra" and participating enterprises, including lease of its property".
