During the Meeting, the Members of the Committee declared the Bill (Reg.№1438) envisages the improvement of the state regulation of the medicines circulation.
During the discussion the Members of the Committee expressed certain appellations re the Bill: in particular it was stressed that the implementation of the Bill may lead to the decrease in the production of medicines, it may also cause problems during the import and export of medicines and it in its turn will influence the price and affordability
Taking into account the conclusion of the Main Scientific Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate from the 24.11.2008, the Committee recommends that the Parliament adopt it as a Basis and assign the profile committee with the elaboration of the legitimate act for the second reading.
