Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine referred the Letters to the Chairmen of the Profile Committees after the Meeting with the Representatives of Haulers that was held on Monday
In Particular in letter that was referred to the Chairman of the Committee on Transport and Communications, V. Kozak, V. Lytvyn stresses on the importance of the detailed analysis of the current Systems of Laws implementation and introduction in the Parliament the necessary transport bills of the laws.
In the letter, referred to the Chairman of the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy, Sergiy Teriokhin, V. Lytvyn points the attention on the issues on the import of the new vehicles, pay of value added tax for the transport services, simplification of the crossing the boarder procedure.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, commissioned the Committee with the modifying of the Bills №№ 2766, 2778, 3141, 3444, 3552.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada has also referred the letter to Volodymyr Ogryzko, the Minister on International Affairs of Ukraine with the appellation to facilitate the simplification with the visa regime with the EU for Ukrainian haulers.
