The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Resolution of the CIS Economic Council concerning Amendments to the List of Conditions, Industrial and Technological Operations, by Performance of which the Origin of a Commodity is similar to the Country-Producer"

The Resolution aims at enhancement of normative and legal base of the CIS participating States in the field of determination of the country-origin of goods.

Implementation of the Resolution will secure harmonization and improvement of foreign-economic activity of the CIS participating States, as well as extension of traditional product markets of Ukrainian production.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0071.
