The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On Extension of Relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Cuba concerning Implementation of the Program on Assistance to Ukrainian Children-Victims of Chornobyl and other Environmental Disasters"

According to the Resolution, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expresses gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Cuba for substantial contribution into the implementation of the Program on Assistance to Ukrainian Children-Victims of Chornobyl and other Environmental Disasters.

The Parliament recommends that the Government of Ukraine renders humanitarian and technical aid to the Republic of Cuba in the amount of five million UAH at the expanse of the Reserve Fund of the State Budget of Ukraine.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2264.
