The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Volodymyr Lytvyn stressed that "the Treaty of such a scale that is concluded by Ukraine for the first time is the step into the new world of cooperation between universities, opening of new opportunities for the improvement of the education process, deepening of the mutual scientific investigations and common international projects".
